Stylamor is dedicated to providing the most positive shopping experience to all our shoppers. We are delighted to offer our shoppers a 7 days return (store credit) for unused and unworn items having the tag attached. The only exception is for SALE items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns on orders below 500.
To process a return or exchange, kindly follow these super simple steps:
- Keep all the items in the box (including the invoice, tags and the LABEL printout that we email you for reverse pick up)
- To help us initiate returns faster, kindly make sure the item is unworn with original tags and packed in the original packaging. In case of items damaged during transit, must also be with the original tag, for us to process the return or exchange faster.
Note: Items that are damaged or without/altered tags may not be accepted.
- Email us at email@example.com with images of the unworn product and attached tags to schedule a pickup.
The package will be initiated for a pick up within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the item is received and undergone verification, we will issue a COUPON CODE of the billed amount. The Coupon Code is valid for 3 months from the date of generation and can be used to shop for anything from STYLAMOR.
Note: The Coupon Code must be used all at once.
Subsequent to this, please allow us a maximum of 7 working days to complete the return process.
